We’ll kick off the weekend with a party on Friday night.
Saturday’s events will include the Masters Live workshop, along with plenty of time for coaching.
On Sunday morning, we’ll meet up again for coffee with the coaches.

How is this different from the usual Masters Live event?
Our usual Masters Live events include one day of teaching and coaching exclusively for current Masters + VIP members. This time, we’re inviting all alumnae to join us!
Plus, we’ve expanded this Bookstravaganza event to be held over an entire weekend, including lots more time for celebrating, connecting with one another, and learning.
Is there a recommended hotel?
A courtesy block has been arranged at the C. Baldwin Hotel.
Rate: $189/night

NOTE: Cutoff date for booking rooms is Monday, October 24th, 2022, or until the room block is filled.
Important Notes:
- The booking page defaults to a Saturday, November 5th checkout. If you intend to stay the night after Masters Live on Saturday, be sure to edit the checkout date to Sunday, November 6th.
- The booking page also mentions a Daily Mandatory Charge. This will NOT be in effect for these rooms, but the page from the hotel could not be edited. If you have any issues on your bill, please contact: gabriela.niebla@cbaldwinhotel.com
Where are the closest airports?
Houston has 2 major airports: Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU).
Both airports are 20-25 minutes from the C. Baldwin Hotel.
What is the cost to attend the event?
Tickets for the Masters Live Bookstravaganza are $1,200 and include access to the entire weekend of events!
Join us for the meet & greet and book party on Friday night, the Masters Live workshop, coaching sessions and lunch on Saturday, and coffee with the coaches on Sunday morning.
Current WLDO, Masters, or VIP members receive a Masters Live Bookstravaganza event ticket at no extra charge as part of their membership.

Will food or beverages be provided?
Non-alcoholic beverages will be available during events throughout the weekend. This includes coffee, decaf coffee, hot tea, iced tea, water, and sparkling water. A cash bar will be available at the party Friday night.
Lunch on Saturday will be provided. A menu will be provided prior to the event.

Who can attend?
The Bookstravaganza weekend event is open to all current and former members of the WLDO program!
Current members’ tickets are available at no extra charge as part of their membership.
All alumnae not currently enrolled in a WLDO, Masters, or VIP program will have the option to purchase a ticket for $1,200.
Is there a dress code?
We encourage you to dress comfortably – whatever that means to you!
Is there a virtual attendance option?
Current members of Masters and VIP will have the opportunity to stream the Saturday Masters Live workshop and coaching sessions. (Live coaching and participating in breakout groups will be available for in-person attendees only.)

Will the event be recorded?
The virtual Masters Live event will be recorded for current members of the Masters and VIP programs and shared on the member site.
I’m attending alone, is there a way to meet people ahead of time?
Great question! For every event we host, we organize Event Buddies.
This is a program where you opt-in to be connected with 1-2 other members of the program during the event. You might decide to take a walk together, share a meal or sight see together. We’ll send details before the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Katrina Ubell Coaching LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, we will reimburse your ticket fee; however, we are not responsible for any other related costs including the cost for flights, travel, or accommodations.
Guests will be notified via email if the event is canceled or postponed.
If you need to cancel, you can get a full refund (less processing fees) when you notify us at least one month before the event. If you need to cancel less than one month before the event, a partial refund or credit may be given. Please see Terms & Conditions for full details here.
What COVID-19 precautions are being taken?
We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and will abide by the CDC and state of Texas guidelines.
